Joseph Lincoln Corle (1863 - 1951)
Solomon Corle was born on September 17, 1850 in Pavia, Union Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, the son of Frederick and Sophia (Shull) Corle. Solomon grew up on his father's farm, the ninth of ten children.
When Joseph was five his mother gave birth to a baby girl who died three days later.
