Jane Agnes Krise (1844 - ?) Jane Agnes Krise was born on November 28, 1844 in Clearfield Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of John and Sarah (Litzinger) Krise.
Jane was the seventh of her parents' ten children and the thirteen of her father's fifteen children. Her mother was her father's second wife, and she was twenty years his junior.
Jane grew up on a farm in Clearfield Township; her father was a farmer. Her parents were founding members of St. Augustine Catholic Church. Her uncle Henry Krise donated the land where the new church was built.
In 1867 Rebecca was a witness to her sister Ellen's marriage to Daniel Brand at St. Augustine Church.
In 1870 Jane was a godmother at the baptism of her sister Ellen's daughter Mary Jane Brand.
Jane never married and resided with her parents.
Jane died sometime in the 1870s. She was in ther 30s.
She is buried at St. Augustine Cemetery in St. Augustine, Clearfield Township.
