Joseph Lincoln Corle (1863 - 1951)
Solomon Corle was born on September 17, 1850 in Pavia, Union Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, the son of Frederick and Sophia (Shull) Corle. Solomon grew up on his father's farm, the ninth of ten children.
When Joseph was five his mother gave birth to a baby girl who died three days later.
Around 1889 Joseph married Mary.
In 1920 Joseph and Mary resided in Philadelphia, PA where he worked as a postal clerk for the railroad.
In 1930 Joseph and Mary resided in El Monte Township, Los Angeles County, California.
In 1943 Joseph resided in Rosemead, Los Angeles County, California.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Joseph died on January 23, 1951 in Los Angeles County, California.
