Ernest Conrad Adams (1878 - 1900) 

Ernest Conrad Adams was born on May  5, 1878 in Bedford County, the son of Alexander Thomas Adams and Elizabeth Bunn (Feaster) Adams.

Ernest was the fourth of eight children, seven boys and one girl. He grew up in Saxton, Liberty Township, Bedford County. His father was a carpenter.

Like his three older brothers, Ernest learned the carpentry trade from their father.

On December 31, 1896, Ernest married Laura Jennie Kensinger in Saxton. She was born about 1877 in PA, the daughter of Irvin and Magdalena (unknown) Kensinger. It is presumed that she was a cousin to Ernest's sister-in-law Annie, wife of Art.

It is thought that Laura Jennie gave birth to a daughter named Eva.

Sadly, Ernest died on February 14, 1900. He was just 21 years of age. It is thought that he is buried in Stonerstown, Liberty Township.

It is not known what happened to his wife and child.
