Samuel Adams (1863 - 1965) 

Samuel Adams was born in November or December 22, 1863 in St. Clair Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, the son of Solomon and Ann (Shrader) Adams. Samuel was the last of eleven children and the ninth boy.

His mother was about 44 when he was born, and her pregnancy proved difficult. He lived only 1 year. Samuel died on April 12, 1865 and is buried in Stone Church Cemetery, Fishertown, Bedford County.
